RAPID PROTOTYPING
Fast and accurate 3D printing
A farm of 3D Delta FDM and 4K Resin printers allows us to offer rapid prototyping of multiple parts at once,
letting you check suitability without incurring long delays and large costs.
LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting and engraving of parts from one off's to large batches.
We use a Trumpf Trulaser L3050 5KW machine, to deliver the very best quality and speed available on the market!
Trumpf machines are widely regarded as the best quality machines available.
We can cut up to 25mm steel, 20mm stainless and 12mm Aluminium, with precision up to 0.1mm
CNC MILLING
HAAS VF-OE Multi tool Milling center
We can produce accurate and repeatable milled components with up to 20 tool holders in a single program.
We have implemented an in line QC process that allows us to check every single part as it comes off the machine, to ensure 100% delivery on all orders.
CNC Turning
Okuma CNC Turning Centre
With up to 8 tools per program, our Turning center is equipped to turn your parts with speed and precision.
Similarly to our Milling center, we run an inline QC process, ensuring that every single part is examined for compliance with design and quality standards before being delivered to you.
Powder Coating
51Kw Oven with 5.2m x 2.5m x 2.2m internal baking space
Our large oven allows us to bake large runs of parts as well as very large constructions.
We use 3 leading powder suppliers, to ensure the best finish is available for your products.
Acid etch, Primers, Top coat and Lacquer are all stocked and available as standard.
